The design of Keynsham Town Hall is such that the open plan offices, lobby, café, breakout areas and some office spaces are connected through voids, creating one large open plan building. This report aims to identify a range of potential noise sources and key areas which will have a low tolerance to noise.

“Such to assess the proposed and alternative design options, an acoustic Ray Tracing model has been built. This model was produced within the software package ‘Catt Acoustics’.  The assessments within this report are therefore similar in nature to MACH Acoustics report ‘Open Plan Offices: Room Acoustic Design Report’. "
