A fully naturally ventilated development consisting of a number of very flexible multi-use spaces made with sustainable Cross Laminated Timber framing. As CLT provides a number of acoustic challenges, MACH carried out in-house research to determine what options were available in regards to reverberation time and sound insulation, while also allowing for as much exposed CLT as possible.
