Project Information

This development has been commissioned to attract business students from all over the world to Cardiff University. The building is to be built next to a busy railway and is to be naturally ventilated; hence noise ingress and vibration are key design factors of this building. An attenuated double façade and a ground isolation system have been implemented to reduce noise break-in into the main building while keeping a natural ventilation strategy.
