Project Information

A new-build 450 student bedroom block, a refurbished 350 student bedroom block and a 7-storey education building. We have consulted on the acoustic issues on this mixed-use development on a city-centre campus, which includes two student accommodation blocks – one a new build, the other a refurbishment. The designs for the refurbishment in particular required lots of acoustic testing and investigation, helping to secure planning permission.
